Heated towel radiator

I'm replacing my radiator with a heated towel radiator

however I'm not sure which valves I need

these are the 2

Angled radiator valve

it says "Pop up waste supplied"? what does this mean?

Do I still need to buy the plughole?

The lever on the back of the tap operates the pop up waste by a rod linkage.....that includes the plug hole but obviously not the bottle trap.

No, pop up waste includes everything except the trap.
