Heated Towel Rail - Combined Hot Water & Electric ???

Hi,
Im looking to find a SS towel rail which can be heated by my hot water central heating in winter , but electrically in the summer when the central heating is off - Can anyone suggest a source in the UK ?

Your central heating is not on in the summer but your hot water is,so why not connect your SS towel rail to your hot water system side for all the year round.
