Heater/Chiller Tap?

Looking for something (and people with experience with) a gadget seen on the TV:

Tap, for a kitchen, with red lever and blue lever. Red lever - instant boiling water. Blue lever - instant chilled water. Designed to fit a cutout in a worktop, and fill teacups/glasses. Had a grille/drain fitted too.

Cross between a ZIP HydroBoil and a beer tap...

Anybody know what I'm talking about, or ever seen/fitted/know where to buy one?

Fitted Zip products before, this particular tap gets good reviews and appears in alot of top end kitchens but the cost of it puts most off.
