Looks like the Conex King and Willy the Wilo fitter have been playing ........yee haa..... 
I`d flush it replace that crap pipework with soldered joints ......leave the boiler ......and Guess what you don`t need a £££CORGI to do those things ...........only to service the boiler..which should be done and proper safety checks ......Don`t walk away ,Rene
