Heating but no hot water?

I have a megaflow system with Valliant boiler.

The boiler is working.

The hot water flow pipe from the boiler goes to a "T" junction.

Either side of the "T" junction is a zone valve.

The CH zone valve seems to operate & hence my radiators warm up.

The zone vavle to the tank? not sure, it's a Honeywell so can manually switch and hot water flows to the tank, I think?

Has the zone valve gone wonky? is this why I dont get hot water automatically?

It is most likely that the synchron motor in the HW zone valve has failed.
Remove the top cover and all will be revealed. You can test the supply to the motor (230v) and also check the motor windings. Best done with a multimeter.
If the motor has failed they are easily replaced. Work safely at all times.
