Heating & hot water only warm until i only call individu

heat only boiler
6 radiators
cylinder
3 port valve

call for heating and hot water - water only warm and downstairs rads cold at the bottom

put hot water on its own - red hot
put heating on its own - red hot
 
Check the pump setting.

Also make sure the valve is moving to mid-position properly.
 
Are you Gas Safe reg?

If so then why dont you post in the CC ?
