heating not working

Hello,
can someone advice please.
My radiators aren't working downstairs.
They are nice and warm upstairs though.
Had boiler serviced about 3 weeks ago and all working.
None of my radiators have a control on the sides, so how do i know what pipe is for what?
both pipe controls at the top can be turned either way on all radiators.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Try turning down the upstairs radiators. (See balancing in the faq section).
