hi my danfoss fp/cp717si has gone blank with no lights aand no way of calling for hotwater or heating.i rent from mhs and swale deal with our service calls.the programmer stoped working at 10 last night so first thing this morning my partner phoned them to tel them it needs fixing.told them we have no heating or hotwater and 5 children the younbgest being 1 years.thje house is freezing but swale said they are short on engineers and can not get to us today and may stil not be here 2morow.does any1 knw where i stand withb thsi cos im sure that as theres young children living at the house they should fix it the same day .or is there anyway i can bypass the programmer and set the boiler so we have heating and hotwater.i have a baxi condensing boiler
