I have a problem with my heating. When i switch the hot water on the boiler fires up ok and the pump starts to run. When i switch the heating on nothing happens, have tried the thermostat and motorised vave. If you have the water and heating on together the rads get warm. Does anyone have a solution.

Possible motorised valve problem. Do you have one valve (3 way) or 2x valves? Valve (heating valve) isnt signalling boiler and pump to run.
