Is there a frost thermostat fitted? A frost thermostat will override any other controls.

Most likely the middle position valve is letting by to the heating path.

I replaced past year, and like I explained if I removed is work with thermostat and on fitted position is work but if is start you have to switch of power than everything is work normally

  7. There is a frost stat inside the boiler as well as the thermostat on the wall. If the boiler gets too cold, this will start the boiler working. I have a similar problem on my boiler; it starts itself, goes for about 20 seconds, and then switches itself off.

When your boiler starts, how long does it run for before you turn the power off.

Unlikely by programmer, likely by the valve.

  13. Far more likely to be the PCB in the boiler making it come on by itself, but if you turn the hot water off, and the radiators stay hot, then either the pogrammer has been wired wrongly, ir the valve is at fault.
