Heating won't turn off - Ocean Alpha 240Eco

Hi guys,

can anyone give me a clue as to why my combi boiler won't turn off the central heating even when the selector switch is set to water only?
The timer clock is set to off and there is no external room thermostat connected.The only way i could turn off, is to turn power supply off. The hot water works okay. Sounds as though either the pump is running or the fan is running but noise stops when power is off.

It sounds as if the DHW demand switch is stuck on!
