What type of system ?
Does it have one of these near the pump/cylinder ?
It may be a different make but same design.
With hw on only feel all pipes round the valve about 6"-12" away from valve if all 3 are hot then the valves passing to heating when not on.
The heating pipe should be cold when hw only selected.
