hi i have a brand new heatline vizo 24 boiler in a new build property, boiler works spot on apart from water temperature for the bath is just warm no where near hot enough to enjoy a bath even though boiler is set to maximum hot water temp,
i have adjusted the potentiometer inside the boiler as described in the manual but still no hot water upstairs
downstairs water is hot as normal
anyone shed any light on this??

Could be that the flow rate through the bath hot tap is too much, you need to measure it ( jug and stopwatch) to confirm. Would think that boiler specced to heat 10 litres/min of water by 35C roughly.
so if the flow rate is too high would i have to turn the tap down and see if this helps?

Yes, but you would need to do measurements to confirm whether you have a fault or not.
