Heatrae Sadia unvented water system (electric)

I live in a flat built in 2003. I do not have gas in the flat and heat water in the tap and shower comes from that same boiler.

Recently I am getting more lukewarm water instead of hot that used to be.

Can anyone advice as to what the problem is?

Look carefully at the thermostat, there should be a small red reset button, this may have tripped out.

You can turn the stat up a little if its worn.
Do you have one or two immersions?

Round white plastic thing (about 4 inch diameter) with wire coming out.
On side of cylinder.

OP- One can only help those who are prepared to help themselves. Asking 'how many immersions?' is being specific. Maybe you should look the term up before posting for further help or otherwise call someone in.

Or it could be a grey square thing with a wire coming out - depending on age of your Megaflow.
