Was really hoping for some assistance on this problem that occurred during the weekend. Basically, mid-shower the water stopped flowing completely leaving me stood half covered in suds!
The isolator power light is on, the power light on the shower is on, but there is no water flow whatsoever and no noise from the unit to suggest anything is happening. I turned the whole thing off for 24hours and again this morning there is no sign of life other than the power indicator light.
Does anybody have any idea what may be the issue? I am about to call someone out, but would like to be as best informed as possible before I do.
