Few days ago my washer door stopped locking. I was going to call a repair guy but thought I'd have a look myself.
Checked out a video online and replacing the interlock looked like something I could do with my eyes closed.
The video showed the 'plug' which attached the lock to the washer as being easily pulled out unfortunately when I got to the interlock on my HEC the 'plug' looks like 3 separate connectors which I could not seem to pull out.
I really don't want to pay a repair guy for something that appears I can do myself. Is there something i'm missing that releases the connectors?
Also, where can I find a replacement interlock for this unknown brand?
I also snapped the cheap wire holding the seal onto the door when trying to put it back together, this will need replacing also.
