Please help chaps, (+chapettes).
I am on the final 3mtrs of digging a 1M deep 600mm wide trench but have come across a brick wllaed manhole with contrete top.
The corner of the manhole construction protrudes about 2/3rds into the width of my trench. It is sitting on a bed of concrete just above the bottom of my trench...and is built to within 200mm from the top of the trench.
I am sure that my house is the start of the foul drain into the manhole.
What do i do????....please help.
