Hi, i have this orange fluid leaking from the top of my worcester bosch greenstar 30i. Anyone have any idea as to where it may be coming from? Or what component it may be? Looking at the parts diagram it appears to be coming from the heat exchanger

I've just replaced left & right hydraulic manifolds and the pump due to a leak on the rhs which then blew the pump, so this new leak is frustrating to say the least.

Not a great deal of fluid so difficult to see where it's coming from

Any help/advice appreciated

Site rules don't allow gas related advice on the open forum. Safe to say though that your boiler is seriously unwell.
Depending on its age, there may be warranty on some parts so get Worcester out to look at it. They would probably want to see a full service record though. Working inside the room sealed case on these is not diy territory.

You can get a better answer by asking google with what Elkato said.
