Help! Double glazing manufacturer run-around?

Guess it's a valuable lesson and literally costly in don't trust the architect

I think it's about communication and managing the expectations of everyone involved - an issue I was keenly aware of (and thus made efforts to mitigate) before our building work started but I still got caught out by the unexpected a few times.

Hope the trickle vents solve the condensation problem.

Hmmm.. so I know two people now with this Ali Bi-fold condensation issue and it looks like its not been resolved because both of these sets of doors are less than 1yr old.

I myself have wooden bi-fold doors for the last 7yrs and never had condensation issues.
