help !!! gloworm compact electronic hot water no heating

please help.....i have a gloworm compact electronic.......the boiler fires up when calling for hot water but does nothing when turned to c/h.....

we had problems with this boiler & recently had a new pcb fitted which sorted previous problems.....now it is knacked again.....

any ideas on what i should be looking for to fix pls asap.....were bloody froze & have a young baby & no other heating,plus we are pretty skint at the minute....

Does the heating LED ccome on when the hot water/heating button is pressed on the front panel?

Perhaps a problem with the room thermostat or timeclock.

The only othe likely problem would be the flow thermistor however, if the pcb was fitted recently it would have come with a new flow thermistor - was that part also fitted?
