Help ......... I need to remove roof supports

Hi
I am in the middle of boarding my loft out and want to move two supports bit is the diago al support i want to remove
But want to know how or if it is possible.... its the diagonal support I want to remove or replace for a vertical support to allow me to walk I to the other side of the loft

yeah no problem, cut away...in all seriousness a bit more information is needed, a photo would be the best way to show what you want to remove, bear in mind most supports are there for a reason
 
probably not is the point where the three supports come together over a supporting wall.
any chance of a wider shot particularly to show the top and bottom of the vertical post

Do not cut these out prior to installing a designed alternative solution. There is a reason structural members form triangular shapes in roofs and trusses! As previously mentioned, these timbers transfer actions to a load bearing wall.
