Help identify wall for a heavy fitting

I'm planning on fitting a foldable squat rack to my external garage wall. However I am unsure what type of brick/stone I have and if it will be strong enough to support high loads.

I will attach pictures of the wall. Any help is appreciated

Do you remember the colour before paint?
Or drill a hole and collect the dust.

Looks lust a dense concrete block to me. Should be able to fix of to that
