Help identifying a boiler

Afternoon All
I am helping a friend who is having issues with her boiler. She can only get hot water when the central heating is on. I am hoping somebody can identify the boiler so that I can track down a
user manual and save her some money on her gas bill!

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Ps it's the later version with the one piece board. Could even be the HE but I'd need the serial number for that.
