Update:
None of the breakers on eBay responded to my dm so I bought the new module from eBay, cost £87.
It turned up this morning (two days early) and I fitted it myself.
Car starts, runs and everything works except for radio and central locking. I've found one dodgy fuse so hopefully replacing that will fix those problems.
I'm posting to say a heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped or tried to.
