Help!- is this a COLD or WARM roof?

help please - is this roof structure a cold or warm roof?

3 layers felt on 80 Celotex on 12 ply decking on firrings at 1:60
unventilated air gap
TLX Rafter Fit
150 rafters at 400 crs
unventilated air gap
12.5 plasterboard and skim

Its a warm roof. The insulation is on top so the roof structure is warm.

I see... Warm roof therefore the unventilated air gaps?

Why I got confused was when I took out a downlight from the ceiling, there was celotex all round the ceiling space - so if it's a warm roof there should not be any celotex there right?

Not necessarily, it depends how it was built. Some roofs are hybrids, many older roofs that have had the insulation upgraded are hybrids.
