I have a open living dining that I want to lay real oak 20mm thick, 200mm wide floor boards. There tung and grove and not engineered. The dinning room has a very dry concrete floor and the living room is suspended.
Is it possible to span both rooms with them being different based?
It's easy to lay over the suspended but what's the best way to do it over the concrete and not loose loads of head room?
