help lockshield leaking

Hi i have just had a look at friends rad, He said rad was ****ing water out i went round and the lock shield is dripping and no where as bad as i thought..
It is comeing from the top of the lock shield
Any advice how to solve prob.

try tightening the gland and tell him to leave his glans alone

and stop using hyperbole
