Just wondered if anyone could help. I,ve read a lot of posts regarding loft condensation but need some advice.

My house is only 3 years old, has plenty of insulation which isn't blocking the vents, has a good loft hatch and is well ventalated, yet still every winter i have condensation dripping from the under side of my roof felt. can anyone suggest a solution for my problem.

just been up into the loft and is worse than ever.

Thanks

how much ventilation has it got

do you use the bathroom extractor all the time

do you drape wet washing about the house

have you got water tanks up there; are they cold or warm, do they have tight-fitting covers.

do you have pipes or downlighters making holes in any of the ceilings

do you use an unvented "condensing" tumble drier

does the roof leak

As you will have read in all the other posts on this topic, the cause is one or both of

Insufficient ventilation

Too much moisture
