The pilot light has gone out on our boiler but the manual ignition switch on the top left of the boiler (little red thing) appears to be compressed in - have tried to tweezer it out but it keeps dropping back down - any ideas? very cold..

The red button on top of the boiler is to reset the safety temperature limiter
