Hello! I have a house I will be renovating in ~6 months so I don't want to buy an entirely new toilet yet however for now my toilet has to be pumped continually to make it flush, it also makes horrific noises and it often comes loose inside and falls off these white screws need screwing back up.

Simply put, can I replace the insides of my toilet tank, and what is something cheap and cheerful to do this with ?

You could replace the siphon, but that particular one is splittable. There are x2 nuts that need to be undone, then lift out the siphon, and replace the diaphragm washer. Same applies to float valve, undo from the big plastic white nut and renew the diaphragm washer, alternatively, you could replace with a new one.

Yep. You can see the cause of needing to pump it to get it to start; the big hole in the diaphragm in the bottom left of picture 1

Sure, get that eBay diaphragm and trim it to size if you need to
