There's a small alcove in the master bedroom on the top floor - there was a leak in the roof above (hopefully fixed a week ago), and stripping off the wallpaper in there ... well it's damp and mouldy !

So I have got heaters aimed at the alcove morning til night to dry it. I have 2 weeks before I am leaving the country and supposedly giving the keys to an estate agent to rent the place out ...

So the plan was to dry out as much as possible, replaster in 1 week and paint after another - maybe with Dulux Supermatt ... but ... clearly the alcove is not going to be 100% dry.

... I can't wait 6 months for the thing to dry, I need to rent it out asap ... are there any other options anyone knows of ?

Cheers
