I've got the same problem!
Can't find the manual and water dripping heavily from expansion vessel as pressure goes over 2.5bar.
Suspect it's the valve or the vessel itself that's gone, but don't know where to look for it without the manual.
If anyone knows a link of has a digital version they can email to [email protected] I'd be really grateful!
