Sorry to repeat but followed many threads and just cant find this document to download

usual problem it seems, old boiler, hot water lukewarm, sometimes cold
sticking valve perhaps

an inside into the boiler would be a great help

is there 230 volts AC from terminal 4 to 5?

Have you tried emailing Vaillant? They posted me a manual for a Vaillant 236 for free - not quite as old as yours, but still fairly old.

Could be anything need more info? This boiler must e at least 25 years old an deemed obsolete so Vaillant prob ont send a manual
