Help needed concerning Guttering

HI Everyone,
Ive noticed a leak from the gutter. It is coming from a joint that is on my side of the property. It is quite clear that the neighbours gutter has moved out of the joint by approximately 2 cm. Any idea who is responsible for the repair?
 
If it’s on your side, I’d say you’re responsible as it could be expansion and contraction. If they’ve not done anything to it that is.
