Help needed with bosch washing machine

Hi guys .....hope u can help , i have a bosch exxcel 1200, firstly had no motor spin atall... I changed the brushes , now now motor spins on wash cycle and spin. But doesn't get too full spin rpm and leaves clothes still wet . It sounds like it wants too get to full spin then timer jumps from say 10 mins to finished cycle .......any help appreciated ..thanx in anticipation

try and refit the brushes and clean armature thats what the brushes go on to .
