Help needed with stairs repair

Hi Guys

Hoping someone can advise. Have a victorian style house (estimated 19020s build) and currently renovating.

As I am having my staircase carpet replaced, we are taking the opportunity to fix the creaks and squeaks on the stairs.

One of the main stairs dips and it has come away from the original seal, what are my options to getting this sorted?

You will need to check for loose or missing wedges and blocks supporting the treads from underneath, looks like access is limited by the boarding though.

There often weren't wedges on the kite winder sections in "artisans dwellings"...
