HELP! No hot water after bleeding

A radiator in my flat was cold but after bleeding it there is now hot water or central heating at all, even though the boiler is working fine (hot, lit up, making noise etc). Any ideas? Admittedly a lot more water came out than I intended, perhaps I didnt do it back up quick enough and lots of air got in??

Is it a pressurised system? Does the pressure guage read 0.5bar or less?

your system needs to be topped up to 1 bar

filling loop should be open to allow 1 bar of pressure in then shut off again.
