Hello,

I am hoping that some one can help identify where the problem is. I am not getting any hot water but the central heating is working fine.

I have a Potterton Netaheat 10-16 Boiler and a Grundfos Domestic Circulator by the cylinder. One of the pipes leading in is piping hot.

I hope this provides the basic information and can answer more questions as I go along. I am not necessarily looking to do any work myself, unless it is very straightforward, but rather identify where the problem is and get an idea of the cost to replace the part so I wont be taken advantage when money is very tight at the moment.

Thanking you in advance for any help you can offer and for bearing with me when I reply. :) I will aprreciate your help.

Thank you,
HugoM.
