Help Please dentifying Tap Cartridge.

I need to sort out a faulty bathroom tap cartridge, (movement is tight and it occasionally leaks).

It looks pretty old and I can’t see how the generally available replacements would suit.

Anyone point me towards a possible replacement.

Try your local plumbers merchants and see if they can match it up with something they may have in stock?
