help please, locked inside!!!

just fitted new kfv lock to our double glazed upvc back door and tried the key with the door open and the lock part slide in and out like its meant to but the 4 rollers never moved, I then closed the door to check that its all on properly and when I went to open the door I pulled the handle down and it moved the rollers down!!! I then lifted the handle right up and that moved the rollers up but the door is still jammed by the handle :( so now we cant get in or out of it, please help.
