help please

hi all again, i'm still having dramas with my 3 port valve. i'm just wanting to know if anyone has any wiring diagrams to help or simple fault finding. the 3 port valve is a siemens dva3 or cmv3, these are the only model numbers i can find. and this is wired into a horstmann 425 diadem, controller. im after the wiring diagrams for both components.
will i be damaging the 3 port valve by putting it in manual when im wanting hot water, this seems to be the only way i can get hot water, in auto it only does the central heating.

If your valve has these standard colours and is wired as a normal Y plan then this diagram may help. I'm not familiar with your programmer wiring but the output connections should comply with the diagram. View media item 30560
