No hot tap water but hot radiators

Hello,

System - Open vented oil fired
Programmer - Horstmann 425 Diadem
Myson motorised valve

Problem - Previously was able to get hot tap water and radiators with both CH and HW switches on. Recently can only get hot tap water when CH switch off and HW switch on.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your reply. In relation to the motorised valve the operating light only comes on when CH switch selected. Lever moves with some resistence when CH switch on.

How can you test if the valve is operating properly?
