Hi I recently moved from the old phase of a block of apartments to the second phase. The partments are 2-3 yrs old now.
In the first phase I could never hear water running or knocking noises in the flat i rented but now being in the second phase if any of my surrounding neighbours use the toilet/ shower or use water I can hear water running through the pipes and the most horrible annoying knocking noise. It is really grating on me especially if someone uses water in the middle of then night the knocking just wakes me up.
I am not sure what to do because whilst I own the flat the building is maintained by a company chosen by the developers. I would of thought it would of have been a legal requirement to make sure these noises could not be heard?
Help me I'm slowly losing the will to live
