Had Ravenheat cs120 installed last year by reg installer.System was losing water although complete new plumb radiators pipes all surface so no leaks in pipe work.Ravenheat rep called asked plumber to change gas line from 15mm to 22mm plumber duely changed.Kept topping up system.Boiler started to shut down making noises.Has anybody got ideas as to what the problem is.Me thinks the heat exchanger has a leak?Surely this is Ravenheat problem and should be replaced under warranty!!!

I dare say they will sort it out but it appears that Reg Installer was his nickname rather than his status. They are a reputable firm and they will sort out any of their problems but who can blame them for not touching a boiler that has not been fitted correctly.
Be nice if you talk to Ravenheat again as you will have already violated their guarantee conditions. Before you do talk to them; ask Reg Installer to make sure that the bypass has been fitted and everything else is done according to the instructions.
Another condition that you should be aware of is that their guarantee is only valid if you can prove that the boiler has been serviced annually .
