Help! Replacement 45mm cartridge for Ramon Soler bath mixer

Cannot find a suitable one anywhere online.

45mm diameter

85mm overall height inc arm.

The only one in 45mm I saw was 5mm to short.

Has anyone any idea where I might pick one of these up online preferably?
