Help! Soil Pipe Joints.

Hello Again, I think I have found the cause of my leaking soil pipes, a couple of joints look suspect as they seem to have gaps. One of the joints is clay to clay that seems to look as if cement has cracked away and the other is clay to plastic, what is the best way to fix them.

I forgot to say, the above mentioned joints are in the inspection chamber and where the soil pipe joins to the 2ft of open (gutter type) piece. Dave.
