Hello, first request fro help, I've been asked to do some work by the council on some bus stop lighting and and one the RCD is not operating with the push button. I've switched it off, but trying to find a new double pole RCD 6A 30mA - having no luck. Anybody know where I can get one?

Why don't you take down the name, number and type from the current one and contact the manufacturer?
Or speak to the Council?
Or speak to the manufacturers of the bus stop - the council will know this as well.

Firstly, yes, it's overcurrent also.

I've spoke to the council who have given me the name of the manufacturer who quoted £85 for a new one. The council took the contract off the manufacturer as their charges were huge and are lookingto award to a local contractor. For £85 I can replace the 6A RCD with a 63ARCD and 6A breaker including housing. I may have to go down this route. I feel thats an inflated price becasue they are no longer doing the work.

Also no manufacturers marks that I can see.

Thanks,
