HELP to Replace Honeywell T6360 with Honeywell CMT927

I want to replace my T6360 with a CMT927. The T6360 has only 2 wires connected - Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
How I understand need to rewired the system. Can someone help me to explain from where I get L and N?
I attached the boiler diagram maybe this help.

Please call in an engineer to carry out this work. Looking at your other thread, or you will destroy both the boiler and the new thermostat with the wiring you have suggested.
