Help! Trying to find a light fitting

My nan has a display cabinet for her china dolls which is lit by tubular incandescent bulbs (like these:http://www.qvsdirect.com/Double-Ended-Tubular-Lamp-30W-221mm-Opal-pr-18599.html).

One of the plastic fittings has disintegrated and I am trying to source a replacement, with no luck. Does anyone know where I can buy a fitting for these?
