help.... vaillant problem

hello every one , i got a vaillant gas boiler, i am not sure what model it is , i think is Turbomax plus , the pics are below. hope they are helpful.


the problem is H water does not come out ,and the central heating has started coming on after i turn the H water tap open.


when i press the 'i' button, show code ''5.24'' . if press ''-'' and ''+'' it will displays error code ''5 f.b''
what mean are these code?
